At CANDICE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
